The Nature of Reality If I say you that the table is there because you are observing it and the second you close your eyes or stop seeing it it will travel past the moon, the stars, the galaxies and come back the second you open your eyes. Will you believe me? Of course no, because you know that it is at rest and will continue to be at rest till any external force is applied to it (newton's first law of motion) and yes it will be at rest no matter I watch it or not or in other words just because of my observation the reality wouldn't change or in more simpler words observation doesn't have any effect on reality.  Actually the whole classical physics relies on this statement. Speed of Time Travel We often come up with various units for measuring different quantities like speed, current, and sound but that's not all. For example, if we say sound we not only refer to the amount of air that the wave vibrated but also the wavelength and shrillness of it. So, attributing it to a specific unit won't work.
